All-you-can-drink course starts with an assortment of delicacies with dessert, followed by an assortment of sashimi, Saikyo-yaki cherry blossom trout, Umaki, the famous Kuroge beef cheeks stewed in red wine, and a full-course meal made by Nikuya, where you can enjoy earthen pot rice made with seasonal cherry blossom sea bream, bamboo shoots, and homemade karasumi.
