We have prepared a course that allows you to enjoy the flavors of the season. We offer not only our specialty stews, but also seasonal fish dishes and clay pot rice.Please feel free to use this dish for banquets. It uses Aichi Prefecture's proud Homi pork (a gentle and warm brand of pork).The fat is soft and light, yet still retains the fine flavor of pork.※The photograph is an image.
[Perfect match with sake or wine!] Our specialty dish, "Stewed Beef Tongue," is stewed in a special bonito stock.
